  • Project: implementation of ServiceNow and ITSM platform (as a partner). From March 2020 until August 2020.

  • Scope: implementation of the Servicenow platform and configuration and customization of ITSM (Infrastructure, problems, incidents, changes, CMDB, integration tools, dashboards and reports);

  • Responsibilities: configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform and the ITSM module.
